For one person 30 days is not so long. The beginning of the month quickly turns into the middle, and then the end of the month. For the other person 30 days is like 30 new opportunities.

Often, we do not pay attention to what is really important: small elements without which our lives would not be as it is.

30 days to do something new, change your habits, create yourself anew or just try something else.
The month is going to be over, but it will not be the same as the others, where each day looked very similar.
30 days fitness challenge
If you are fighting for ‘better you’ and you want to lose weight, but you lack of motivation to start running or jumping every morning, then this is a lightweight challenge for you.

- 50 squats
- 30 crunches
- 1 min plank
- 40 jumping jacks
- 30 sit ups
- 30 lunges
Repeat 2 times
Do the above exercises before each meal. Maybe they will not burn as much calories as a normal exercises normally do, but they’ll be on your way to turn this challenge into real training later on.
