Italian cuisine and ramps pesto

Spaghetti without pasta? 

Why not! 

Spaghetti is a kind of long and thin pasta and the typical dish with it is a portion of pasta served with sauce and sprinkled with cheese.

And now I will show you my version of this meal.

You will need: 

  • 1 zucchini
  • 100 g of smoked  tofu
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • some herbs
  • tomato
  • ramps pesto

How to make it:

  • fry the onion in a pan and put it on a plate
  • make a long zucchini ‘pasta’ with a vegetable peeler
  • add garlic, onion and tofu
  • add some spices and herbs, like basil, oregano, chilli and pinch of salt
  • then add 1 or 2 TBS of ramps pesto
  • Heat up about 2 minutes
  • Cut the tomatoes and add to the plate

  • fresh ramps leaves 
  • olive oil
  • nuts
  • salt

Blend it and it’s ready to eat!

Ramps leaves – why it is worth to eat?

First of all it cleanses our body of various toxins. Thanks to its sulfur compounds, it supports our liver in the process of cleansing: it binds nicotine and all heavy metals into compounds that are then easily excreted from the body.

Second of all It strengthens our body – it helps fight the viruses, bacteria and yeast Candida albicans, which is responsible for the mycosis. Garlic also fights digestive system parasites – ovaries, worms, and tapeworms. It also stimulates the production of immunoglobulins, so the body better fights diseases.

What’s more it strengthens the heart, prevents arteriosclerosis, lowers high blood pressure, positively affects the cardiovascular system.

I think everyone should at least try it once and maybe you will like it so much that it will be in your kitchen for a long time!

And what’s more important Although it also has the characteristics of common garlic, it can be eaten without fear, that the person with whom we are chatting will smell it 😉
