Is there anyone here who can refuse ice cream?
I don’t think so!
The ice cream season lasts all year for us, because we can eat it not only in the summer, when we are looking for a quick refreshment, but we also in the winter, when we have problems with our throat – it is always better to treat in a domestic ways, than to spend a fortune in a pharmacy.
The ice cream that we can buy in the store does not always encourage or even deter you from buying. Unfortunately, most of the ice cream available today in the store has ingredients such as:
- glucose syrup
- glucose-fructose syrup
- guar gum
- palm oil
In a word: the tastier ice, we can be sure that its composition is more like Mendeleev’s table, than an ice cream.
Making your own ice cream at home is very easy. What do you need? Ice cream molds and some imagination!
Ice cream recipes are as many as the people on Earth, anyone can compose their own mix according to their preferences and available ingredients.
We have put on our favourite fruit recently, strawberries!
We are lucky, that we have a very good veggie nearby, which is rather like a ‘vegan heaven’ and every vegetable or fruit you buy there tastes like a real rarity!
Quick and easy recipe for our ice cream
- Vegetable milk about 150 ml
- 500g strawberries
- Strawberries thoroughly wash and cut stems
- Put ingredients together and blend them
- Pour into the melds and place in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours
You do not have to deny yourself pleasure – just a little creativity and delicious, healthy and homemade ice cream will arise in a moment, and I guarantee that after trying this ice cream, you will never want to shop chemistry again!
