Tart with rhubarb

Rhubarb – is a source of vitamins A, C, E, as well as potassium, folic acid and fiber. It supplies a lot of potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, vitamin C, beta carotene. Rhubarb also contains fiber, so it is recommended to those who care about the line. It is low calorie – it has only 20 kcal in 100 g.


Tart with rhubarb

  • 1.5 glasses of flour
  • 1/3 glass of xylitol
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 cube of butter
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable milk (eg rice / almond)
  • 500 g rhubarb
Ingredients for crumble:
  • 3/4 cup of flour
  • 1/3 glass of xylitol
  • 1/3 cube of butter
  • Dump the flour, xylitol, baking soda and mix.
  • Dissolve the butter in a saucepan and add it with mild to the dry ingredients
  • Mix it carefully 
  • Grease a form with small amount of fat (oil, butter), knead the dough and place in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for light browning for about 15-20 minutes.
  • At this time, wash and peel the rhubarb and then cut into small cubes about 0.5 cm thick.
  • Add xylitol to rhubarb and mix.
  • Put all the ingredients on the crumb into the bowl and grate between the fingers until the crumble is formed.
  • Spread the rhubarb and sprinkle with crushed flour on the baked bottom.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 40-45 minutes until the crumb is browned.
